Privacy policy
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email and postal address when you enquire. For a booking we additionally need each traveller's passport details, date of birth, photograph and, where an embassy requires it, proof of funds, vaccination records or proof of relationship.
Why we hold it
To quote, to book, and to apply for visas on your behalf. Passport and traveller data is collected because airlines, hotels and consulates require it — we cannot issue a ticket or an application without it.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to deliver your trip: the airline, the hotels, our ground handler in Saudi Arabia or India, the relevant embassy or visa processing centre, and our payment gateway. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your number to other agencies.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records for eight financial years, as tax law requires. Passport copies and photographs are deleted twelve months after travel unless you ask us to keep them for a future trip.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to the address below and we will answer within thirty days.
