A quote is not a booking
Prices quoted are held for seven days and are subject to availability at the time we confirm. A booking exists once we have your deposit and have sent you a written confirmation with a reference number.
What the price includes
Exactly what the package page lists as included, and nothing else. Airline fuel surcharges, government levies and hotel taxes introduced after your booking are passed on at cost, with the notice we receive.
Passports, visas and fitness to travel
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return, and for any vaccination a destination requires. We will tell you what is needed and check what you send us, but a consulate's decision is theirs alone. Some pilgrimages involve altitude and long walking; tell us about health conditions before you book.
If we have to change your trip
Airlines reschedule, hotels overbook, and Saudi and Indian authorities change pilgrimage rules at short notice. Where that forces a change we will offer the nearest equivalent or a refund of the affected portion. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, including weather, strikes, closures and acts of government.
Our liability
We act as your agent in arranging flights, hotels and ground services, and we are responsible for arranging them with reasonable care. We are not the carrier or the hotelier, and their own conditions of carriage and house rules apply to their services.
Complaints and jurisdiction
Tell us while you are still travelling if you can — most things can be fixed on the spot. Anything unresolved is governed by Indian law, with courts at Hyderabad having jurisdiction.
